I’m Alex Baltensberger, a licensed REALTOR® with Dickson Realty and a U.S. Air Force Staff Sergeant with 9 years of service. I help military families, veterans and every Northern Nevada buyer and seller move with a clear plan.
Military Career
Built on discipline & service
I’ve served as an aircraft maintainer in the United States Air Force: 4 years on active duty and 5 years in the Air Force Reserve. In that time I’ve worked on three of the most demanding aircraft in the inventory.

I’ve had the orders in hand.
Military life shaped everything about how I work. I know what it’s like to get orders, figure out a new city from a distance, and try to make the right decision for your family on a deadline. I understand the pressure military families are under, and I build every plan around it.
Too many service members are rushed through the biggest purchase of their lives, or never told how much their VA benefit can do. I take the time to explain your options, protect your timeline and negotiate like it’s my own family’s move.
Today I help military and civilian clients across Reno, Sparks, Fernley and Fallon, including families stationed at NAS Fallon and the Reno Air National Guard Base. Military or not, you get straight answers, fast communication and a plan you understand.
